PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The clients desired to completely gut, remodel and expand an existing estate they had just purchased to provide for a lifestyle that is consistent with theirs including all of the comforts, security and the latest amenities of a lower Fairfield County estate.

The extensive renovation and expansion of the 1920’s colonial style home and property included an addition which houses a 3 car garage, a breakfast room, family room as well as a den and library. Two of the bedrooms and their sleeping porches were converted to a master bedroom suite. The other two bedrooms and sleeping porches were converted to two larger bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The former Carriage house was completely gutted and converted to a two story Guest House with two full bathrooms, two bedrooms a kitchenette, laundry and a living room.
